"Clip and share" allowed customers to quickly select a favorite moment from their GoPro media and share it via social media. While the feature was well received we wanted more people to use it. Suspecting issues with discoverability we quickly proposed a couple minor enhancements: a one-time introduction screen and a simple tool tip on the media detail page. After working with engineering to release and track these small improvements we saw an increase in usage of the feature.
