I created multiple user flows and prototypes to address the various end to end customer experiences, which varied greatly as the service could be purchased separately or with a camera, both online or in-app, and also functioned differently with a new camera.  Being the first platform to design the experience meant defining much of the solution in a way that other platforms could leverage. We developed core tenets for how and where we present the service as well as a strategy for keeping notifications relevant. We focused on offering PLUS where its value was most apparent: where they were already going to access their media.
